Text Box: Welcome to the world of wildlife in Huntingdonshire. To navigate this site use the scroll bar on the right to see the rest of the page, and the buttons on the left to move to another page. The object of the Society (as stated in our rules) is to promote the study, conservation and recording of wildlife by the encouragement and publication of the results of research, the holding of meetings and such activities as may forward the above-mentioned purposes of the Society. This sounds rather formal but the reality is very different. Our members range from leading professional environmentalists who are world experts in their chosen subjects to enthusiastic amateurs, some with extensive knowledge and some just starting. We are all willing to share our expertise. There are many ways to become involved and lots of recording to be done. The variety can be seen by looking at the list of recorders. You can join the society by going to the membership page. We will be pleased to see you at any of our activities.
